• What are the nearest airports?
  
  The closest airport to the resorts is Hilton Head Island airport and is support by a few airlines - The airport code is HHH.  Hilton Head Island airport is about 2 miles from the resorts.  Another airport used by resort guests is Savannah airport - The airport code is SAV.   Savannah airport is about a 45 minute drive from the resorts.   Both airports offer rental car services.   No shuttle service is available from either airport to the resorts.

• How many bedrooms and bathrooms are in your Villa ?
  
  Our 1 Bedroom condos have a Queen Size Bed in the Bedroom and Sleeper Sofa in the Family room..  It also has a Full Bathroom and a Balcony that overlooks the Dunes leading to the beach.  Our Villas provide 2 ample bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.  Maximum occupancy is 6.  The Master Suite includes a Queen Bed, Dresser, Closet space and adjoining Full Bathroom.  The 2 bedroom Villas have two twin beds in the Guest Suite, Dresser and Closet space in the Guest Suite.   The main living area also includes a sleeper sofa.   The second bathroom is just outside the second bedroom.

• Are your Villas oceanfront?
  
  The Direct Ocean Front 1 Bedroom Condo is Oceanfront,  The 2 bedroom Villas are just a 3 to 5 minute WALK  to the beach through the use of our private entrance.  View our maps insert for a quick reference.

• What is furnished with the Villa rental?
  
  The 2 Bedroom Villas come with linen and towels. Phone, Air conditioning, Kitchen, Washer, Dryer ( 2 Bedroom Villas only ), Cookware and utensils are provided, Ample parking,  TV, Cable TV, and VCR or DVD.  No pets are allowed.   Villas 8B, 10E, 18J, 19D & 20B includes Free High Speed Internet access.  The One Bedroom Condos have the same except no in Condo Washer or Dryer.

• Can I rent by the week? Weekends?
  
  We normally rent for a minimum of one week.  These weeks run Saturday to Saturday.  However, our goal is to provide our visitors with an enjoyable vacation at an excellent value.  Please call and discuss your needs and we will try and accommodate them.

• What is the process for renting a Villa?
  
  Please review our rental calendar for availability.  The rates are listed on the web site.  Please keep in mind cancellations do happen so if a time is booked that you would like, go ahead and call or email me to double check.  Once your reservation is confirmed, we will mail you the rental agreement.  The agreement needs to be completed and returned with the required deposit ($175.00) within 10 days of confirmation
  
  Final payment is due 35 days before arrival.  Once your final payment is received, we mail you the check-in documents.
  
  We accept certified checks, money orders and also all Major Credit Cards.   Our Villa is non-smoking!
  
  Check-in time is at 4:30 PM, check-out time is at 10:30 AM.

• Directions to the pools ( not to scale ) ...  For Fiddler's Cove see map please.  For Hilton Head Beach and Tennis, the pool area is visible from your balcony to the left.
