Directions

Hilton Head Island is just 45 miles north of Savannah, Georgia and only 110 miles south of Charleston, South Carolina. Southbound and Northbound motorists on Interstate 95 should come off at exit 8, and stay on the 278 connector road and highway 278 all the way to Hilton Head Island. Eastbound motorists on 1-16 should turn left (North) onto 1-95 and come of the interstate at exit 8. Simply stay on the 278 connector road and highway 278 all the way to Hilton Head Island. Do not take the Cross Island Parkway.

Airlines serve nearby Savannah and Charleston from most major cities. Commuter airlines offer direct service to Hilton Head.  Renting a car on the Island is a good idea. 

Take Hwy 278 towards Folly Field Road.  Hilton Head Beach & Tennis is located off Folly Field Road, look for two key landmarks, about 3/4 of a mile past Mile Marker 5 and the Carrabbas Restaurant sign ( on the left side of the road ). Turn left off Highway 278 onto Folly Field Road ( before Carrabbas ) and follow the signs.  HHBT is located off Folly Field Road.
